Biography

Miley Cyrus was born on November 23rd, 1992 and was raised on a farm in Franklin, Tennessee. Miley began acting at the age of 9, playing a small role in her father's television series, Doc. She appeared in movies, commercials, and music videos afterwards, playing small roles. At the age of 12 Miley auditioned for the new series, Hannah Montana, but Disney executives denied her. Miley was finally accepted as the role of Miley Stewart in Hannah Montana, and she has been an international sensation ever since the show first premiered. Miley is currently working on the Hannah Montana Movie, which is set to premiere on April 24th, 2009.
