1 Wash hair and blow/drip dry
2 When its fully dry, turn on your straightener
3 Brush your hair and straighten bits of your hair not very well
4 Fully straighten bottom layer
5 Get sea salt spray and spray it through out your hair, and scrunch it with your hands
6 Get hair spray and spray it all over to keep it still, because the sea salt wont keep it for very long if you have thick hair
7 For some extra affect/volume flip your hair up side down and spray the back of it with not too much hair spray
8 Shake it and scrunch
