Steps:

1. Wash your face so all your make-up is off.

2. Then apply foundation that is closest to your skin tone.

3. Now use liquid eyeliner on your top lid.

4. To make the winged eyeliner look put a line of liquid eyeliner at the ends of your eyes.

5. Then apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes.

6. Finally apply clear lipgloss to polish the look!
